Documents are now fully editable before sending. Draft a Work Authorization or Certificate of Completion, customize the rich-text content and signer roster, preview the PDF, then send for signature with a single click. Signers receive an email with a link to review and sign the document in their browser using an embedded signature pad.
More Control, Less Friction
- Edit before sending: Add or remove signers, adjust terms and certifications, and see the PDF update in real time.
- Template-driven: Company name, terms, and certification language are pre-filled from your organization settings — customize once, reuse across all documents.
- Revoke if needed: Sent a document prematurely? Revoke the signature link to prevent further access.
- Track completion: Dashboard tile shows documents awaiting authorization, signature, or acceptance so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Smart signing: Wider signature pad and larger interface make signing on mobile or tablet faster and more reliable.
