Operant360 now includes a complete document workflow for creating and sending signable documents. Start with a draft document, edit the scope, add signers with specific roles, preview the rendered template, and send for signature—all from a dedicated documents page.
Signer management: Assign signers per role, copy secure signing links to share via email or SMS, resend links to signers who miss the initial request, and revoke access to any signer at any time. Revoked links cannot be opened or signed.
Rich-text editing: Craft terms, certification statements, and warranty language with full text formatting. Documents render template-faithfully with theme-aware signatures, loss details, and company-name fallback (branch → DBA → legal → organization).
Dashboard integration: New "Overdue approvals" card flags documents past their completion date, so you can stay on top of pending signatures across your organization.
