Project navigation now uses segmented pill-tab controls with per-tab icons and shortened labels (Docs, WOs, Log), with automatic chevron pagination when tabs overflow. The activity feed on your dashboard is redesigned to lead with project title, loss type, and client name for each entry — much easier to scan and understand project activity at a glance.
Team editing on the project overview is now optimistic: PM, Tech, and crew assignments update instantly as you make changes, then reconcile on the server. No waiting for a round trip.
Estimates and Work Orders now render a full table canvas on empty state — consistent with the Invoices and Payments page layout across the app.
