What's New
Templates now work on the General work area — apply saved line items to job-level General items (quantities carry over without dimension-based recalculation). The Apply template button appears on the General group header, just like named work areas.
New dedicated page at /settings/estimate-templates lets you view, edit, and delete organization templates outside an estimate context. Access it from the Estimating section of your settings sidebar. No more hunting through estimates to manage templates — edit them centrally, and changes are available across all future estimates.
Both surfaces (estimate table and settings page) now share optimistic updates: rename templates, update item descriptions, remove individual items, and bulk-delete with immediate UI feedback and automatic revision reconciliation.
