Post-Send Signer Additions
If you realize someone else needs to sign after the document's already out, no problem. Open the document and select Add Signer — pick them from your project's people (contacts, adjuster, insured, PM) or enter them freeform. They'll receive their signing link immediately, and the PDF updates automatically.
The new signer's role is validated against the standard vocabulary to keep your audit trail clean.
Completed PDF Auto-Email
When all signatures are collected, every signer automatically receives an email with the fully signed PDF attached. You can toggle this per-document in the draft editor — it's on by default. No manual distribution step needed.
Audit Trail Enhancements
Signing now captures each signer's IP and geographic location for a complete audit trail. Private and reserved IPs are filtered for privacy, and all location lookups are best-effort — they'll never block a signature or expose your API keys in logs.
Polish
The terms editor now shows exact rendering fidelity with proper heading weights. Loss types display in sentence case throughout the app ("Water" instead of "WATER"). Minor hydration warnings on the documents and dashboard pages have been resolved.
